The Horse Library is just what it’s name implies: a digital library of various horse-related materials. With vast amounts of time-proven methods at their fingertips, subscribers can access volumes of information from the comforts of their own homes.

I can’t view books or DVD files – what’s wrong?

Make sure you have the latest Flash Player installed on your computer, as well as an updated version of the browser you use. We find that Firefox or Internet Explorer works best for accessing the materials and information in The Horse Library.

I’m having trouble with logging in or logging out, now what?

Sometimes it’s necessary to purge the cookies and temporary internet from your browser – this can make authenticated sessions run more smoothly and should speed up your overall browsing as well.

How long does my membership last?

You can determine the length of your membership by logging in and visiting your members page. Your subscription history appears in the lower-right portion of the page, and shows dates and information about your purchases.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Each subscription is billed on a specific schedule. Visit your members page to see when the last payment was made and how long your subscription lasts to determine when you will be billed again.

How do I cancel my account?
